A few tips to help with meditating
Meditation is a great way to relax.,If you have never done meditating before but would like to, first of all i would recommend that someone you know to sit with you when your doin the meditation, just in case you have any unexpected guests knocking the door. Turn off your phone/mobile. This is to help you totally relax while your in the meditaion as a sudden noise may scare you..
Guided Meditation CDS.
Getting started ,well at first you may like to try a guided meditation .You can get the cds from book shops internet,etc Remember it takes time to find a right cd that suits your needs,i usually go on my gut instinct when it comes to choosing its easier that way, give it a try if your on the look out for one.
The cds will really help.They give breathing exercises, how to sit comfortably ,an exercise how to relax your body...
When you get more developed with meditating and your confident in your self then i think thats the time to start writing your own meditations. You can really gain from doin them. Push your self. make sure you are safe from any disturbances ,you really do need quiet when meditating ..
Meditation helps clear the conscious mind so we can use our subconscious minds. Spiritualists,and many more meditate, learning mediums meditate every day, this helps keep our subconsious open for the possibilities for spirit comunication..
Meditation is not a game or should be played with, please read up first on the how toos theres plenty on the web ,get as much info as you can if you have doubts...
In the future when our site grows bigger and we get more members we could have a meditation night, we can share meditations do meditations and put down our thoughts on what we saw in our minds eye....let me know what you think of the idea ...
